AIM Rope Access carried out scour protection works at the historic Rob Roy Viaduct, installing Soluform concrete‑filled bags to reinforce vulnerable areas around the structure. Rope access allowed our technicians to position and secure the bags safely in challenging river conditions, providing targeted protection to areas affected by erosion.

The pre‑filled bag system enabled controlled placement with minimal disturbance to the surrounding environment, delivering a durable solution suited to the site’s heritage and location. All works were completed efficiently and with minimal impact on the river and nearby infrastructure.
