AIM Rope Access carried out a detailed water ingress investigation and gutter clean on a listed building in Glasgow city centre. The property had ongoing issues with damp and blocked drainage, with several areas only accessible via rope access.

Our technicians inspected high‑level stonework, joints and guttering to identify potential entry points for water. Blocked gutters and downpipes were cleared of debris to restore proper drainage and reduce the risk of further ingress.

Working via rope access allowed the full inspection and cleaning to be completed safely and efficiently without scaffolding, helping protect the building’s fabric and support future maintenance planning.
