AIM Rope Access completed a full external builders clean on a newly constructed 17‑storey building in Glasgow city centre. The glazing and cladding required detailed cleaning to remove construction residue, including dust, mastic and concrete splashes.

Our technicians accessed all elevations via rope access, working alongside the principal contractor and other trades to keep the programme on track. The clean was completed safely, efficiently and to handover standard, leaving the façade clear, presentable and ready for occupation.
