AIM Rope Access completed a full DOFF steam clean on the sandstone façade of a newly renovated hotel building in Glasgow city centre. Due to the high volume of daytime foot traffic, all works were carried out on nightshift to ensure public safety and minimise disruption.

Our technicians accessed the entire elevation via rope access and used the DOFF system to remove dirt, staining and construction residue without damaging the stone. The project was delivered safely, within budget and on schedule, leaving the façade clean and ready for handover.
